  • The original product box, packaging, manual, and all included accessories are returned in good condition
    (no tears, dents, handwriting, or missing items).

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.

If any of the above conditions are not met, the return request may be rejected.

2. Return Shipping Charges

All return shipping or courier charges must be paid by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to avoid delays or lost shipments.Products lost or damaged during return shipping will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

The refund covers only the product price.
The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Delivery or shipping charges paid at the time of purchase

  • Taxes, duties, or additional service charges

4. Inspection & Approval

After we receive the returned item, our team will conduct an inspection.
The approval decision will be based on:

  • Completeness of packaging and accessories

  • Compliance with return eligibility criteria

If approved, your return will proceed to the refund stage.
If rejected, the product will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

5. Refund Timeline

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued within 20 working days using the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or mobile wallet service.

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Products missing original box, manual, or accessories

  • Products returned after the 7-day window
